Canvassing, also known as door knocking, is the act of initiating contact with an individual. In our case, canvassing is going door to door to speak with voters on behalf of political campaigns and candidates.

Canvasser will be sent a welcome email with a link to complete their onboarding paperwork, which will include a W9, Contractor Agreement, and a background check consent.
Yes, you are required to complete a background check through our third party vendor.
Pay is processed Bi-weekly
Payroll is processed through our third party vendor – BILL.com
Training will be provided by Field Directors. The Field Director(s) will train you on an app on your phone that will show you where to go and what to say. They will give you materials to help you be successful while talking to voters, and remain your support team throughout the job.

If canvasser is traveling 2 or more hours to project location, the higher QRF rate will be offered to cover any costs associated with working out of town. In order to receive the QRF rate, valid proof of address must be provided.

Each project will have a different duration of time on the ground. Every project timeline will be outlined in your welcome email. Some projects will end before project completion date. Canvasser will be notified by their appropriate field director of any changes in project dates.
